Honeymoon: Maldives, Departure Day

We had an early morning wake-up call to make our flight to Dubai. Amy was very sad to be leaving.




We boarded the boat for the trip back to Male (the island where the airport was).




All in all, Reethi Rah in the Maldives was the perfect way to start our honeymoon. There were tons of activities and beautiful weather and top notch service. The resort was just built in 2005 and it is said that due to global warming and water levels rising, the island may only have another 50 years in existence. If anyone is thinking of places to go, it is a hike from the US but well worth it in our view.

Now on to Dubai!
